General Information
Suvi Sauna offers traditional, wood-fire and electric mobile saunas. We're currently based at Clevedon Marine Lake and at The Pickle Factory in Easton, Bristol, with summer appearances at festivals and events.
If you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, check with your GP before booking. Stay hydrated, and always listen to your body. You also should avoid sauna if you have any cuts or open wounds including recent tattoos.
Yes we have changing rooms at both of our sites.
- Clevedon: No on-site shower, but there is a cold public shower at the far end of Marine Lake, located on the upper promenade above the children's splash pool (near the Community Boat Store).
- Bristol: Yes – we have an on-site cold shower.
- Clevedon: We are right next to the marine lake. While we don’t manage the lake, our guests are welcome to come in and out of the lake as much as they like. It varies in temp depending on the weather. It gets down to 2 degrees in the winter!
- Bristol: Yes – we have 3 former whisky barrels set up with a chiller, pump and filter system. Getting down to 5 degrees.
We have a powerful pump and double filter system that filters out any debris and particles. We use a small dose of chlorine to sanitise the water. The barrels are emptied and deep cleaned as required.
Ages 8 and above are welcome to use the saunas. We recommend they take it easy and use the sauna and cold plunge for reduced times when compared to adults. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
A sauna host will be present at all times but items are left at your own risk. At Clevedon we have small lockers for valuables.
- Swimwear
- Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry off)
- A water bottle
- Flip-flops or sandals (optional)

No, both our saunas are clothes-on saunas.
- Clevedon: There’s a paid car park on site directly next to us. An additional council-run paid car park is located nearby and some free on-street parking is available further away. Bike racks are also on-site next to The Salthouse Pub.
- Bristol: Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding area, though it can be limited. Bike racks are available on-site.
- Clevedon: The Salthouse Pub has toilets as does the Neads a Coffee Hut nearby. We ask our guests to support these businesses by buying a drink or snack to support them if you use the toilets.
- Bristol: Yes we have toilets.

Booking & Sessions
Book directly via our Book a Session Page. Choose your preferred location, date, and time.
Sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Currently we only offer 30 min sessions at Clevedon on weekdays.
Yes – you can reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself if you do it at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours' notice is non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Yes - you can book a private hire through our booking page. Here you can book out the whole sauna or half (at clevedon) for your group. We have options for groups of 8,10 or 18 people.
Yes - we offer gift cards worth £10, £20 and £30 if you want to treat a friend!
Yes we offer a membership for one site for £20 a month, or both sites for £25. This gets you 50% off 4 sessions. It recurs every month until cancelled.
