How do we collect this data?

Your personal information will be collected through:

1. Booking Forms – Your personal details listed above are used to make a booking for a service we provide. Your booking is then sent to us via email.
2. Emails – Data sent to us via the booking system will be used to correspond with you about the services we provide. We will retain your email and our communication for as long as the business issue remains and there is legitimate interest.
3. Face-to-Face – Personal information might be given during an event. We may contact you via phone or email if there is legitimate interest.

How do we use your personal information?

1. By entering your data into our booking system, it will be used to enter into a contract to provide a service that you have purchased.
2. We will only contact you via email if there is an issue with your booking, important information to share, changes to your booking, in response to your questions, or for general information about our business.
3. If our correspondence occurs outside of the booking form (via email or phone), we will continue communication for as long as the business issue remains.

How do we store your data?

1. We hold customer data in the Squarespace Acuity booking system and Squareup payment system. On occasion, we also use the SumUp payment system for drop-in bookings. This data is held under the legal basis of legitimate interest.
2. Emails from customer bookings will be held until there is no necessity for the business to retain them, or if you request removal.
3. If at any point you would like to see what personal data we hold about you, Suvi Sauna LTD will be able to provide this information and delete it upon request.

Sharing of personal information

We may share your personal information with third parties such as event organisers where we are trading. This would only occur in circumstances involving injury, concern for your safety, or uncertainty about your whereabouts before, during, or after partaking in our activity.

Why do we need your personal data?

1. If personal information is requested and not provided, this will prevent you from purchasing our service and we will not be able to provide it.
2. We will only collect necessary information to allow you to buy the service and to communicate with you to ensure the highest quality experience.

Children

We store the names and ages of adult-accompanied children in the same manner as adult data.
